Community educator
Purpose: To present a biblical, holistic approach to sexual health, body literacy, pregnancy support, and relationships to youth and adults.
Hours/Week: 5-10 (periodically)
Number of Positions to Fill: 4-6 individuals, men and women
Community Educators teach about healthy relationships and the importance of avoiding sexual risks, body literacy and cycle tracking, and how to support pregnant women and their partners using a variety of curricula and interactive lessons in schools, churches, and other community venues.
FRONT OFFICE COORDINATOR
Purpose: To cultivate a welcoming, compassionate, and professional front office environment while overseeing the patient check-in process, maintaining the integrity of ZoeCare's electronic medical record (EMR) system and patient records, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA standards.
Hours/Week: 24
The Front Office Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for ZoeCare's patients, partners, and visitors, providing a warm, welcoming presence both in person and over the phone. This position schedules appointments, coordinates the patient check-in process, and works closely with medical staff to ensure a smooth, efficient, and patient-centered experience. The Front Office Coordinator manages and maintains ZoeCare's EMR system by ensuring patient records are complete, accurate, and confidential while supporting ongoing compliance with HIPAA requirements.
GRANT WRITER
Purpose: To support ZoeCare’s mission and goals by raising money through the successful acquisition of private grants.
Hours/Week: 12-16
The Grant Writer researches, writes, and applies for private grants to support the programs, events, projects, and general operations of ZoeCare.
Patient health director
Purpose: To oversee and provide ZoeCare’s advanced medical care with compassion and excellence.
Hours/Week: 8-12
The Patient Health Director provides medical direction and supervision for ZoeCare’s medical care beyond the scope of the nursing staff, including women’s health, prenatal services, and prescriptions, offering ongoing compassionate care to ZoeCare’s patients.
